- Via SMS (8070): Open your phone’s messaging app, type your 13-digit CNIC (without dashes), and send it to 8070. You will receive a reply stating your eligibility or asking you to register via PSER.
- Via PSER Portal: If you are not in the database, visit the PSER Punjab Portal. Create an account using your CNIC and mobile number, then complete the household survey.
- Via Union Council: You can visit your local Union Council or Assistant Commissioner’s office to register manually if you lack internet access.
